Gospel artist, Joyce Blessing has reportedly parted ways with Zylofon Music.

The award-winning songstress who was signed unto the music label in 2017 for a four-year contract which was yet to expire has left. According to her, for an obvious reason known to the top managers at Zylofon, all artiste managers at the music label had been asked to resign from all their positions.

The ‘I Swerve’ hit singer said her husband, Dave Joy, has taken full charge of her music work which was previously handled by Zylofon Music. Joyce Blessing who is the only signed gospel musician under Zylofon Music Record Label disclosed that several workers at the label have been asked to proceed on leave with no reasons assigned.

Speaking on Rainbow Radio’s Away Bus show, she further indicated that signing on to Zylofon Music has been unfortunate for her career since she did everything on her own without support from the label. Efforts to reach top managers of Zylofon Music company to ascertain the truth have proven futile.

At a press briefing held at the company’s premises at East Legon in Accra on Wednesday, 28th June 2017, the Zylofon music record label signed a four-year contract with two artistes, Joyce Blessing and Obibini. The contract deal included distribution, promotion, production and marketing as well. The ‘signees’ were given brand new Hyundai Sonata cars together with accommodation and goodwill money to help undertake projects, after which they were required to produce four albums each within the four years.
