Two students of Mfantsipim School in Cape Coast have been caught engaging in sodomy. TheNewsGH.com can authoritatively report.
In a video, TheNewsGH.com has exclusively obtained from a deep throat source one can trust, the Kwabotwe boys were sweating profusely while in the act.
The culprits were found by unidentified men making love in a room which looks more like a hostel (ghetto).
Upon catching them they were forced to continue the homos*xual acts to be filmed and later used as evidence against them for prosecution in a law court.
They would then start romancing each other to put them in the mood for another round of s*xual excitement since that’s what they love doing best.
The Botwe boys with teary eyes begged to be forgiven but to no avail, left with no option than to bang themselves.
An order was given them to carry on with the uncultured act when they behaved pigheaded.
What the constitution says about homos*xuality?
It is illegal and a punishable offence for anyone to engage in same-s*x s*xual acts in Ghana.
And persons who break the law face legal challenges
Under Ghanaian criminal law, same-s*x s*xual activity is illegal.
Chapter 6 of the Criminal Code, 1960, as amended by the Criminal Code (Amendment) Act, 2003, provides:
Section 104. Unnatural Carnal Knowledge.
(1) Whoever has unnatural carnal knowledge —
(a) of any person of the age of sixteen years or over without his consent shall be guilty of a first degree felony and shall be liable on conviction to imprisonment for a term of not less than five years and not more than twenty-five years; or
(b) of any person of sixteen years or over with his consent is guilty of a misdemeanour; or
(c) of any animal is guilty of a misdemeanour.
(2) Unnatural carnal knowledge is sexual intercourse with a person in an unnatural manner or with an animal.
How would the school and society react ?
The least punishment they would be handed is dismissal from the school since they’re in a way soiling the school’s reputation.
They would be used as scapegoats to prevent other students from practicing the barbaric acts in the near future.
The 142-year-old Mfantsipim School has remained one of the best senior high schools in the country and has trained great leaders who have contributed to the world’s development we see today, the likes of late Secretary General of the United Nations, Mr. Kofi Annan, Prof. Kwasi Kwarfo Adarkwa (frmr VC KNUST), Dr. Kofi Abrefa Busia (Ghana’s Prime Minister 1960, Mr. Ofori Atta (The Big Six), Mohamed Ibn Chambas (UN Rep), Paa Kwesi Amissah Arthur (former Vice president of Ghana), Ernest Addison (Governor, BoG) among others.
Moving on, the community will discriminate against them as parents will warn their children from interacting with the perpetrators for the fear of being also sodomized.
Also, online portals will circulate their pictures should they get hold of any. Subjecting them to public mockery.
