The Ghanaian music group, Wutah has for the second time in their musical journey split with the group members Kobby and Afriyie concentrating on their solo careers once again.
The music duo was arguably the best musical group in Ghana in the early 2000s as their smash hit single ‘Kotosa’ won a number of awards at the 2009 Ghana Music Awards.
The duo broke up so many years after chalking immense success with the Kotosa song but in 2017 fans of Wutah woke up to good news as the duo announced their comeback under NKZ Music Label owned by Guru. Their comeback was blessed with a smash hit song titled ‘Bronya’ and it won them the “Best music group” award at the 2018 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards.
Two years after their reunion, the duo has broken up again.
Confirming the news on Accra based Hot FM, Kobby, one half of the group says that they reunited under NKZ music on a three years contract but due to so many problems beyond their control they have decided to end their union again.
