Songstress and Nurse, Iona in a video has advised ladies on how to keep their “distin” tight all the time.
She advised ladies in an interview with Abeiku Santana on Okay FM to do kegel exercises in order to maintain the elasticity and strength of their vaginal muscles.
“Women must do regular kegel exercises, it makes the vaginal muscles strong resulting in a very tight vagina”. She said.
Also, the exercise makes the pelvic floor very strong and prevent unnecessary tear and injuries during child birth.
