The people of Damango took to the streets in jubilation and dancing to express their joy after a returned from Italy tested negative to COVID-19.
The identity of the man is not known yet but the scene in the pictures seen portray a very happy mob who were dancing and jubilating.
The man was bathed in white powder to signify victory.
