Musician Wanlov and his sister, Deborah Vanessa are the latest celebrities to start their own initiative that helps to limit the spread of coronavirus.
Most of the time people find it very difficult to tap into any trend especially one with such a dangerous twist to it but the sister of Wanlov just solved our problem
Many people are educating or donating goods, including hand sanitisers but these two decided to make their own face masks.
The masks, according to Sister Derby, are made out of recycled second-hand clothing, especially T-Shirts.
‘Ano Dross’ which directly translates as ‘mouth panty’ is what they decided to call their product.
In a video posted on social media, Sister Deborah is seen sharing tips on how to prevent the deadly Coronavirus.
She gave 7 tips fans can follow to stay safe out there without getting the virus. She shared a lot but saved the best for last. She warned people to avoid crowded places.
In a documentary about the masks, Sister Derby said their initiative would not only help deal with airborne diseases like Covid-19 but also minimise clothing waste at dumpsites and in the sea.
The duo is working hand in hand with tailors at Kantamanto to make these masks.
