Ghanaian actor, director, satirist, talk show host, and author, Kwaku Sintim-Misa aka “KSM” says he misses the days where he could speak fondly about having a cold or cough.
The sting of the Coronavirus has made it highly impossible or incriminating for anyone to publicly broadcast any symptoms that are similar to that of the virus.
On the back of that, KSM says, although he has a cold, it has become very hard for him to voice it out without being pointed out as a potential COVID-19 patient.
I miss the days when I could easily say “I have a cold or a cough”. Saying that these days it like confessing to serious crimes, aba!! I have a cold. Ma br3”
Cough and cold are part of the symptoms of COVID-19 and because no one wants to undergo all the health protocols after being quarantined or isolated of having the virus, no one is ready to voice it out.
Ghana’s Coronavirus cases count has passed 19,000 although there still is a gross disregard for the safety and health measures by a large number of the populace.
