
Madam Akua Donkor, founder of the Ghana Freedom Party has been cleared, along with 11 other persons, to contest in the upcoming 2020 general elections.
Madam Akua Donkor launched her manifesto on September 12th, and it included a lot of big promises.
These included Port, free education, free water, changing Ghana cedi to pounds, free cutlasses for farmers among things.
This is the first time the outspoken politician has been cleared as she was barred from contesting in the elections in 2012.
Other members who were cleared include Dr. Hassan Ayariga of the All People’s Congress (APC), President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) and former President John Dramani Mahama of the National Democratic Congress (NDC).
